Tula State University in Top 30 Largest Universities in Russia

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation published the results of the annual monitoring of the activities of the country's universities. Based on its data, the Regnum Information Agency prepared a rating of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation by the number of students.

According to monitoring data, over the past five years the number of students enrolled in bachelor's, specialist and master's programs has not fallen below 4 million people. 

Of these, 91 percent study in state and municipal universities, 9 percent in private ones.

Tula State University entered the Top 30 Largest Universities in Russia, taking 29th place.
