On June 2, the results of the 2025-2026 academic year were summed up in a solemn atmosphere at the Institute of Law and Management of the Tula State University.
The ceremony of honoring students studying in programs of higher and secondary professional education was held at our university for the second time. It is possible to say now that a good tradition was born at the Institute of Law and Management. Both teachers and students liked this tradition, despite its young age.
The highlight of the event itself is that not only graduates are awarded at the ceremony, that is, those who have passed the training stage, but also students who are at the beginning or in the middle of their careers. All results are significant, because each achievement is a contribution to the piggy bank of general victories and, of course, this is a reason to be proud of the entire team of the Institute of Law and Management.
The ceremony began with a very pleasant moment.
A graduate of the Tula State University, and the current head of the economic department of the Tula Department of the Central Federal District of the Bank of Russia, Dmitry Yuryevich Filin presented the First Degree Diploma in the nomination "Focus on the result" of the Bank of Russia Monetary Policy Case Championship "ANTI_MYFY" to the Institute of Law and Management "Knowledge Surplus" team consisting of Nikita Martynov, Ksenia Korneyeva, Victoria Lipkina, Darya Lysenko and Anastasia Solovyova.
The Tula branch of the Bank of Russia, the guest said, is a long-standing partner of the Institute of Law and Management. Both organizations are bound by ties of fruitful cooperation in various directions.
The case championship, Dmitry Yuryevich continued, reached a new level. This year, 45 teams not only from the Tula region, but also from other regions of the country took part in it and the TulSU team showed a decent result against the background of serious opponents.
The representative of the Bank of Russia wished the students bright performance and significant achievements.
About two hundred people received thanks for active academic, extracurricular and scientific activities, as well as for special distinctions in studies on this day. All of them are purposeful, creative, talented and, as the awards say, active guys who are trying to direct their young energy in a productive direction.

Candidate of Law Sciences, Deputy Director of Institute of Law and Management for Research, Associate Professor of the Department of "Civil and Entrepreneurial Law" Natalya Sergeyevna Bessarab emphasized that on this day, students receive awards not just for science, but for scientific courage - for not being afraid to argue with their teachers in a good way and to defend their scientific position.
Tatyana Anatolyevna Aristarkhova, candidate of legal sciences, deputy director of Institute of Law and Management for academic work, head of the department "Judiciary and Law Enforcement Activity" called the students "big fellows".
- The Institute of Law and Management is you guys! she said. - All our achievements are common! Without you, they would not be possible. Keep it up!
Candidate of Law Sciences, director of the Institute of Law and Management Mikhail Berestnev warmly congratulated the students.
All our students, he said, are the faces of our institute. They improve the image of the university. Here, of course, Mikhail Aleksandrovich emphasized the great role of teachers who prepare our students. Behind every student there is a teacher!
Candidate of Economics, associate professor of the "Finance and Management" department, Yelena Valeryevna Belskaya wished the graduates to find themselves in the profession, and to the junior students, she wished to repeat the success of their senior classmates.
The main thing in everything, said Nadezhda Nikolaevna Makarova, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the "Finance and Management" department, is, of course, love.
The teacher urged the children to love what they do and to do what they love.

Doctor of Jurisprudence, associate professor, head of the department "Forensic Examination and Customs Activity" Aleksandr Alekseevich Svetlichny emphasized that it is a great honor for all teachers to celebrate each student. Awards, as a rule, are a crown, a culmination. Behind every victory there is hard work and perseverance.

Today, she said, teachers do not grade students, but thank them for their sincere involvement, enthusiasm and interest.
Institute of Law and Management is an institute of ideas, meanings and rules. It is not for nothing that they say that ideas rule the world, she emphasized. - And you, guys, be inspired yourself and inspire others!
On such a positive wave, the entire solemn event took place. Well, a pleasant bonus for the participants was a collective photoshoot.
