Color of Mood is Red!

On July 7, this was the color that reigned at Tula State University - both literally and figurativelly. Red carpet, red banner, red balloons, red flowers... And most importantly, the spirit of victory was in the air, let's not be afraid of this pompous expression. And the color of the winners, as you know, is also red.

On this day, a solemn ceremony of warding red diplomas (dimpomas with nonor) to master graduates was held at our university.
In 2023, 339 people graduated from Tula State University master's program, of which 206 students completed their studies with honors. 90 graduates are holders of red diplomas in both bachelor's and master's programs. There are 14 scholarship holders of the President of Russia and 18 scholarship holders of the Government of the Russian Federation among master graduates. So the color of the mood on this day simply could not be any different!

Important guests arrived to congratulate master graduates and award them the diplomas! Their greetings mean a lot, because they are bright personalities who have been extremely successful in their professional lives.

Addressing the heroes of the special occasion, Elena Sergeevna Druzhinina, Managing Director for Science and Business Cooperation of Rostec State Corporation, noted that all graduates can be rightfully proud of. The graduates took a high bar and adequately proved that they are capable of much.Another reason for pride is that Tula State University graduates are strong-willed specialists. And all of them, Elena Sergeevna said, are glad to be seen in the ranks of the representatives of Rostec State Corporation.

Deputy Director of the Financial Department of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vadimovich Tafintsev called the graduates great fellows, congratulated them on conquering another height, wished they would grow professionally and achieve the impossible.- You will succeed!, he assured the graduates.

Nature itself, as Konstantin Ivanovich Danilov, head of the representative office of Rostec State Corporation in the Tula Region, said in his welcoming speech, took care of the festive mood. The rain refreshed our city, and the bright sun and warmth of hugs made this day unforgettable. And those inspired faces that he saw in front of him, more eloquently than all words, testified to the huge potential of graduates.

Konstantin Ivanovich expressed confidence that the graduates who completed one more stage in their education would improve their educational level throughout their lives, up to gray hairs. And they will definitely find themselves in leading enterprises, bring tangible benefits to their families and their homeland.
On behalf of the government of the region, the Minister of Economic Development of the Tula Region Anton Andreevich Emelianenko congratulated the graduates.

The role of Tula State University, he said, in the socio-economic life of the region is becoming more and more tangible. With its federal victories, Tula State University confirms the status of a key university in the region.

Anton Andreevich noted the huge contribution of university staff to the training of masters. And within the framework of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, he said, their colossal work acquires a special sound.
Dmitry Sergeevich Korelin, Deputy General Director for Personnel and Social Affairs of Tulatochmash JSC, thanked the teachers of Tula State University for not only giving the graduates deep knowledge, but also investing a part of their soul in them. And the guest advised the graduates to never rest on their laurels and remember that studying is an important matter both for the person himself and for the whole country. After all, a person who has received an education will work for the benefit of the development of his homeland.Dmitry Sergeevich wished the graduates the bright sun that will always shine over their bright heads.
Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development, NPO "Splav" named afetr Ganichev Andrey Ivanovich Sudarev emphasized that today's graduates have moved to a new round of their development. The guest wished the masters to successfully apply the knowledge gained at the university in their professional activities.
It is gratifying to see, admitted the Deputy Executive Director - Director for Personnel and Training of Specialists of JSC "Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering named after academician Shipunov" Sergey Valeryevich Ivanov, that every year at Tula State University the number of graduates receiving red diplomas is growing. And in such solemn moments, he always remembers himself. On the one hand, it is a pity to part with student life, on the other hand, new horizons are opening up…

The profession of an engineer, Sergei Valeryevich continued, is in great demand at the present time. JSC "KBP named after academician Shipunov" is waiting for TUla State University graduates.

As Irina Evgenievna Podchufarova, director of personnel management and social development of UCC Shchekinoazot, said, the exams and graduation projects are far behind and the graduates passed all these tests with honor. And now an exciting moment has come for the rector of Tula State University Oleg Alexandrovich Kravchenko. It was the graduates of the university he headed who opened a new page in the book of their lives. Oleg Alexandrovich warmly greeted the master graduates, their parents, teachers and the rspected guests.

As he said, the graduates confirmed their high qualifications. Many of them are winners of scholarships from the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, holders of grants, employees of scientific laboratories. Some have already started their research careers and will continue their path in this direction, while others will join the employees of leading enterprises. But all of them, the rector expressed confidence, have a great future.

Graduates took the oath of masters. It was read out by the master graduate of the program "Chemistry" Roman Perchikov.
After that, the graduates performed a ritual - they threw the tassels on the confederates from left to right.
Egor Surkov and Natalia Stepovaya made a response speech.

They thanked their teachers and the trade union committee of students and graduate students of Tula State University for their knowledge, belief in their potential and support.

— Thanks to Tula State University for teaching us how to work together! , the graduates said. We are ready to contribute to the transformation of the world and leave our mark on it!Master graduates had a photo with the guests of the ceremony and representatives of the university. According to the already established tradition, the graduates threw up their confederates.

Further on, everybody present at the ceremony was invited to taste a chic festive three-story Red Velvet cake.

After the official part of the ceremony, everyone was waiting for a concert prepared by Tula State University Student Club.
Anastasia Kosina, Alexander Koshelev, the dance group "Inside" and the Afro-Russian musical group "Daniel Stranger & Tymeless Symphony" performed in front of the guests and participants of the ceremony. The saxophone was masterfully played by Maxim Chizhov, teacher of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.
— I remember the years of study with interesting lectures and fun pastime with classmates, — the graduete og the program "Technological machines and equipment" Alena Varnitskaya said. Our group was very friendly! All wonderful guys! I hope we remain friends for life. At Tula State Univesiru I met my husband Alexander. He came to the ceremony with me.
