Strengthening Ties and Cooperation

Ahead of the Third Forum of Rectors of Russian and Vietnamese Universities, which begins in the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on May 22, a delegation from Tula State University, including Rector Oleg Aleksandrovich Kravchenko and Vice-Rector for International and Project Activities Olesya Evgenyevna Labadze, visited Hanoi Metropolitan University.

The purpose of the visit was not only to establish and strengthen partnerships with this university but also to sign a cooperation agreement.

During the meeting, the parties presented their universities and discussed prospects for cooperation and common ground invarious fields. 

The agreement was signed for comprehensive cooperation in higher education, academic research, innovation, scientific development, and capacity building in accordance with the current laws and regulations of the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 

The agreement covers academic exchange, joint research, preparation for dual degree programs, and knowledge transfer in areas of mutual interest.
