Happy birthday, beloved university!

Today is the birthday of our native university!

The history of Tula State University begins in 1930, when the Tula Mechanical Institute (TMI) was established by a resolution of the Council of Labor and Defense dated April 30, 1930.

The initiative to open it belongs to the Tula workers, provincial party and Soviet bodies, was supported by A.V. Lunacharsky, K.E. Voroshilov, G.M. Krzhizhanovsky, government organizations.
