Heroes of the Internet Olympiads

On July 3, in the student space of Tula State University, a solemn ceremony was held to honor the winners and prize-winners of the Open International Student Internet Olympiads, organized by the National Foundation for Innovation Support in Education and the Research Institute for Monitoring the Quality of Education (Yoshkar-Ola). Our university actively joined this Olympiad movement in 2010 and for many years has been one of the base venues for the second (regional) round. Students of TSU regularly demonstrate both worthy results and their sincere interest in defending the honor of their native university. This year was no exception. 346 students of TSU took part in the first round of the Olympiad in 10 disciplines of the natural science cycle. 62 students of our university were invited to the second round. As a result, 16 students became winners and prize-winners. But that's not all. The Organizing Committee of the Internet Olympiads decided to award TSU the honorary title "Winner of the Open International Student Internet Olympiads 2023" with the possibility of placing a banner with the logo of the winner of the Internet Olympiads on the university website.

… Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Vladislav Viktorovich Kotov called the ceremony an important and very pleasant event. Olympiads, he said, harden a person, bring up resilience in him, allow him to evaluate his knowledge and understand how competitive he is in the labor market. And for educational organizations, participation in Olympiads of this level is of great importance, since universities also compete with each other. - Your achievements, guys, are the achievements of Tula State University! - said Vladislav Viktorovich. — In addition, for you, this is a kind of additional drive, an incentive for further achievements. And I am sure that this victory is not the last on your way! Elena Sergeevna Belyanskaya, head of the sector for internal assessment of the quality of education of the educational and methodological department, warmly congratulated the winners and prize-winners. - All our participants are great fellows! - she said. — Active and successful guys!
