Save Our World from Parting...

On July 6, a double graduation ceremony took place at Medical Institute of Tula State University - a big and bright holiday for med-graduates and medical residents.

This year, 181 people received a diploma in  "Medicine", of which 53 are target workers and 39 are foreigners. 24 graduates have diplomas with honors. Out of 180 medical residents, 64 doctors have an average score of 5.0.

... Graduation at Medical Institute of Tula State University is always a spectacular performance, emotionally colorful, poignant and kind.

The main message of this holiday was expressed in the wonderful song "Words of Love". It says that the doctor saves the world from parting. It was the words of love and, of course, the doctor's oath that became the leitmotif of this unforgettable celebration.

All graduates, their parents, teachers, heads of medical institutions in the region were warmly greeted by the rector of Tula State University Oleg Aleksandrovich Kravchenko.

As he said, medical training is the hardest and longest one. Doctor is an honorable profession. And even more than a profession. This is a real call to self-sacrifice, a willingness to treat people, to guard their health and life. As Oleg Alexandrovich stressed, it is very important, that many graduates stay to work in their native land.

- I wish you would become highly qualified specialists! - the rector addressed the graduates. - Good luck!

Dmitry Sergeevich Markov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Tula Region, Minister of Health of Tula Region, called the graduation ceremony a landmark event, a start in a difficult but rewarding profession. According to him, for almost thirty years the higher medical education of the region  has become a worthy response to the challenges of the time. Graduates of Tula State University are expected in medical institutions of the region. For its part, the regional Ministry of Health is doing everything possible to attract young professionals. The Governor of the Tula region Alexey Gennadyevich Dyumin pays special attention to the support of medical workers. Dmitry Sergeevich thanked all the graduates for choosing this noble profession and wished them new bright events in their future lives.

Chief Physician of the Tula City Clinical Emergency Hospital named after Vanykin, Irina Vitalievna Rublevskaya noted with satisfaction that the medical community of the region will be replenished with young doctors. The speaker emphasized that the graduates present at the ceremony have inspired faces. And this seal of intellect, this spirituality is the result of six years of hard work, when the med-students scooped up knowledge in order to put it into practice in the future. Irina Vitalievna invited graduates to work in the medical institution she runs. 

The Acting Director of Medical Institute, Roman Vladimirovich Grachev, wished the graduates would confirm the noble title of a doctor every day with their humane work and constantly engage thrmselves in self-development. He advised the graduates  to never forget their Alma Mater.

Chief Physician of the City Clinical Hospital of Tula named after Lazarev, Margarita Alexandrovna Tomaeva emphasized that life gives more than dreams. And she herself has not yet seen a doctor who would not be happy in his profession. And this profession, the guest said , is comprehensive, in its essence - the whole world.

Director of Institute of International Education Olga Dmitrievna Gladkova addressed the graduates not with her mind, but with her heart. On the one hand, she is very happy that the members of her international team are completing such a serious stage in their lives, on the other hand, she is sad that she has to say good-bye to them.

— Dear graduates! I believe that the profession you have chosen will become yours!, said Olga Dmitrievna. - Always bring the light to people, regardless of where you are in the world!

The Deputy Minister of Health of the Tula Region Yulia Vladimirovna Goncharova, addressing the medical residents, emphasized that both the Ministry of Health and the chief physicians of the region's medical institutions are interested in young medical staff.

The speaker thanked Tula State University for the quality medical training and for the prompt response to the needs of the regional Ministry of Health. And also for the fact that the number of graduates of Medical Institute is increasing every year. 
- You guys have a lot of exciting  things ahead! And we are happy for each of you! We are waiting for you in the state healthcare institutions of the region!, Yulia Vladimirovna said. - I wish you professional growth and self-confidence!

The chief physician of the Tula Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary Natalya Sergeevna Rudneva, the deputy chief physician of the Tula Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary Svetlana Mikhailovna Kireeva, the chief physician of the City Hospital No. 11 Spartak Vladimirovich Mogilnikov, the chief physician of the Tula Regional Clinical Hospital named after L.N. Tolstoy Vadim Igorevich Dailnev and the chief physician of the Suvorov Central District Hospital Alexei Viktorovich Nikiforov also sent their warmest greetings to the graduates.

The key isea of the ceremony was the idea that, having become doctors, they took on a huge responsibility - to devote themsleves to the googd of other people.
graduates  happiness, professional success, outstanding achievements, and the implementation of all their plans. And the graduates, in turn, thanked their teachers for their invaluable contribution to their future and for the trust that they will definitely try to justify.

Igor Chulnikov received his education under an agreement on targeted training made with the Leninsky District Hospital. In the medical residency program  "Surgery", he will also have a target place from this medical institution.

“I am from the Leninsky district, so I want to stay and work in my native land,” he admitted. - I have never had doctors in my family before, so I will be the first. I have always wanted to help people in my heart. And my dream came true!

As Igor said, the years of study were very eventful. The young man worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Surgical Diseases, he also worked as a nurse in a covid hospital. And he was also one of the organizers of the Surgery Club of Tula State University - he gave practical classes together with other students and taught junior students basic surgical skills.

- I got married a year ago. My wife's name is Natalya, she is an occupational safety specialist,” Igor said. Our professions are different, but they have something in common. I protect the health of a person, and my wife - their work.

Alena Solopova completed her medical residency in Oncology. The girl had an agreement on targeted training with the Tula Regional Oncology Center.

- What can I say about the years of study ... They were wonderful! - she said. - Always touched by the attention that our senior colleagues paid to us. They treated us very well and  shared their knowledge and experience with us. I want to express my gratitude to the doctor of medical sciences, professor, head of the department of "Oncology" Arif Ziyadovich Huseynov for his love and respect for us! There were no doctors in my family before. I am the first. I am sure that I will succeed and my loved ones will be proud of me!
