"Go in for Sports and Lead a Healthy Lifestyle!"

Last week, Sheroz Buzurukov, a student of Tula State University from Tajikistan, together with the entire Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) team "MARGARYAN TEAM" took part in the Open International Amateur MMA Tournament in Moscow, where he won the first prize.
For Sheroz, this is a significant reward, like all others, because he earned each of them working hard, literally with his blood and sweat.
Sheroz is 23 years old, he is a 5th year student at Institute of International Education of Tula State University.
Since his childhood, he was active, wanted to help people and also develop in many ways. Sheroz found himself in Mixed Martial Arts. According to the student, this sport gives him self-confidence and strength, tempers physically and mentally, motivates him to become better every day.
