For Foreign Citizens about Institute of International Education
On March 17, Tula State University hosted the Open Doors Day of Institute of International Education.
Foreign citizens taking a pre-university training programs at our university took part in it.
Olga Dmitrievna told the applicants about the history and the present days of the university, youth research laboratories, international cooperation, university rankings and Summer Schools, where international students take the most active part.
Olga Dmitrievna's speech was visually supported by a video about the festival of creativity of international and Russian students "We Welcome All the Flags!".
The director of Institute of International Education explained in detail what documents are required for admission.
The Open Doors Day was held in Russian, English and Arabic, fully video-recorded for its subsequent broadcast on Institute of International Education social media and distribution to foreign secondary schools.
“I think that events like this are very important. Foreigners taking a pre-university training program, intensively studying the Russian language and general theoretical disciplines, as a rule, spend all their time in small groups with a teacher. As a result, they do not have a complete picture of the university as a whole,” Olga Dmitrievna Gladkova said. — And the Open Doors Day is a chance to get to know Tula State University and Institute of International Education better. This is necessary for the international applicants so that in the future they can make the right choice."
Amal Gaadalla from Egypt and Waqar Kharrabi from Tunisia in the future would like to take General medicine program at Tula State University.
“Today we have come to the Open Doors Day of Institute of International Education to get new and useful information for us,” the girls said.
