The Rector of Tula State University received a Certificate of Gratitude from the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
On February 3, a gala event was held in Tula to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Civic Chamber of the Tula Region.
The event was attended by approximately 120 people – representatives from all convocations of the regional Civic Chamber.
Governor Dmitriy Milyaev emphasized that the Civic Chamber is an association of opinion leaders from various fields – people who, despite their busy schedules, donate their personal time and contribute to the life of the region.
The regional governor emphasized that the Tula Region Civic Chamber's strong effectiveness lies in its successful combination of expert, coordinating, and representative functions. Its accumulated experience allows it to be a proactive instrument in shaping the region's public development agenda and the well-being of residents always remains the most important thing.
The regional governor wished everyone gathered good health, boundless energy, success, and personal happiness, and presented regional awards to distinguished participants.
Tula State University Rector Oleg Aleksandrovich Kravchenko, Chairman of the Commission for the Development of Education and Science of the Tula Region Public Chamber, and Eduard Sergeevich Temnov, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Entrepreneurial Law at Tula State University and Deputy Chairman of this commission of the Tula Region Public Chamber, received Gratitude from the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation from First Deputy Secretary of the Russian Federation Public Chamber, Hero of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Alekseyevich Bocharov.
Yuriy Tskipuri, Chairman of the Tula Region Civic Chamber, joined in congratulating those gathered. He emphasized that the key function of the regional Civic Chamber is to serve as one of the main platforms for discussing the most important issues for residents of the Tula Region.
